We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept bank transfers for larger orders. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. Please note that we do not store any credit card information on our systems.
Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 working days from the date of order. However, delivery times can vary depending on product availability and your location. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page. We will keep you informed throughout the process, and our courier will contact you on the day of delivery to arrange a suitable time.
We offer an "Unpack and Position" service for an additional fee, where our delivery team will unpack your equipment and position it in your desired location (subject to clear access). However, we do not provide full installation services. All gas-powered equipment must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and all electrical equipment must be installed by a qualified electrician. We recommend arranging installation only after your equipment has been delivered and inspected.
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns form before sending any items back. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.
All our products come with a 12-month parts-only warranty from the date of invoice. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover labour, engineer call-out fees, or damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse. To make a warranty claim, you must provide a full engineer's report from a qualified professional. Once approved by the manufacturer, replacement parts will be sent to you. Please note that defective parts must be returned to the manufacturer.
