1. Goods in Transit Insurance
All goods supplied by Cool Racks are covered under our Goods in Transit Insurance Policy.
2. Inspection Before Accepting Delivery
Customers must carefully unpack and inspect the goods before accepting delivery. This helps ensure the product arrives in proper condition.
3. Damaged Items
If any damage is found during inspection, please refuse the delivery immediately. We will then arrange a replacement for the damaged product.
4. Acceptance of Delivery
If the delivery is accepted, it confirms that the goods were received in good condition. Once accepted, the insurance policy will no longer cover transport-related damages.
5. Transport Damage Claims
After accepting the delivery, Cool Racks will not be responsible for transport-related damages, and we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund for such claims.
6. B-Grade Products
This policy does not apply to B-grade items, as these products may already have minor cosmetic or transport-related imperfections.
7. Product Images
All product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we aim to represent products accurately, the actual product may slightly differ from the images shown.
8. Product Condition
Unless otherwise clearly stated, all items sold by Cool Racks are new and unused.
9. Delivery Method
Delivery is provided kerbside only. Drivers do not unpack, install, or position the goods inside the premises.
10. Gas Appliance Installation
All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer. Failure to use a certified professional will void the product warranty.
11. Discounted Pricing Model
Cool Racks operates with an outlet-style sourcing model, working directly with manufacturers. This allows us to offer significant discounts on selected products, providing customers with permanently competitive pricing.
